Nice oc man, he looking fresh as heck. If you want to do more with the design though, you could explore more shading on things like the shoes and hands and possibly making the line thicknesses more consistently thick.

Super clean and groovy line art, vibrant and sassy colors, and body language with an attitude. A very well done depiction of Newground's Knife Princess 10/10
On a quick note, I think the self h*rm cuts might change the ratings from an E to a T.
Other than that though, this is very well drawn and captures the essence of someone with severe mental problems while staying true to Nene's character. 10/10
